Project summary

This project was a truly rewarding experience, completed for the world-renowned Walt Grace Vintage, a unique destination known for its collection of rare vintage guitars and classic automobiles. The work involved retrofitting an existing warehouse to align with the client’s creative vision of an open, gallery-style space. One of the primary structural challenges was the removal of several interior columns that originally supported the roof — elements that significantly disrupted the open layout the client desired. Our team engineered a custom solution to reinforce the existing roof structure, allowing for the complete removal of these columns and creating the expansive, uninterrupted interior that defines the space today. We’re proud to have helped bring this vision to life, and we always enjoy visiting the space — it’s a one-of-a-kind environment showcasing some of the coolest vintage guitars and cars in the world.
