As the founder and CEO of CSD Engineering, Nestor Cardenas leads the company with a vision for practical, client-focused engineering solutions. With a deep understanding of both the design process and the realities of construction, he ensures every project is guided by efficiency, accountability, and collaboration. From business development to project strategy, the CEO plays a hands-on role in driving the firm’s growth while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
One of our Licensed Structural Engineers, Cesar Castillo, brings technical precision and field-tested insight to every project. With extensive experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality structures, Cesar ensures designs are code-compliant, cost-effective, and constructible. From foundation systems to lateral load analysis, he works closely with architects, contractors, and developers to turn complex structural challenges into practical, buildable solutions.
As the creative force behind many of our architectural designs, our Principal Architect blends form and function to bring our clients’ visions to life. With a focus on design integrity, space planning, and permitting strategy, Naly Alexandra ensures every project reflects both aesthetic value and real-world constraints. Her leadership bridges conceptual design with technical execution — a critical element in fast-paced, multidisciplinary developments.
Our Architectural Drafter transforms creative concepts into detailed, buildable plans. Working alongside the architecture and engineering teams, Nelli prepares accurate construction documents that align with code, structural requirements, and client goals. With a keen eye for spatial coordination and clarity, she helps bring the design vision to paper — and ultimately, to life on-site.
This versatile team member wears multiple hats — from developing construction-ready drawings to conducting field inspections and coordinating day-to-day construction activity. With a background in both drafting and project oversight, Jessica ensures designs are accurately implemented in the field, while tracking progress, resolving conflicts, and supporting contractors through each phase of the build.
With a unique blend of technical drawing skill and financial precision, our Drafter/Accountant supports both design and business operations. Nestor assists in the preparation of construction documents but being a CPA, Nestor's main role is handling internal bookkeeping, invoicing, and project cost tracking. This dual role helps streamline project workflows and ensures that both the creative and operational sides of the firm stay aligned.
