Located in the heart of Miami’s Brickell district, this 7-story condo-hotel is a modern mid-rise development that blends residential comfort with hospitality convenience. The project is designed to cater to both short-term guests and long-term residents seeking accessibility, amenities, and upscale urban living. CSD Engineering served as the Project Manager, overseeing all phases of development — services were performed until April 2025. Our team plays a critical role in aligning consultants, contractors, and city officials to keep the project moving efficiently and in compliance with local requirements. The building features a reinforced concrete structure with post-tensioned slabs. CSD Engineering has helped guide the project through complex zoning and entitlement phases while managing key milestones, consultant deliverables, and budget adherence. Our involvement ensures that the owner’s goals remain the top priority while maintaining quality, speed, and coordination across all trades. The project is positioned to become a standout property in the Brickell skyline — offering contemporary design, efficient space planning, and long-term investment value in one of Miami’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
