Role performed while employed at Rochell Engineering This project was a significant milestone in my career, completed during my time as a Project Manager at Rochell Engineering. Working closely with my colleague and under the guidance of our principal engineer, I played a lead role in the coordination and structural design of the project — from early conceptual development through construction documentation. Our team was responsible for delivering a full structural engineering package tailored to meet the architectural vision and performance requirements of the client. As project manager, I was involved in consultant coordination, structural layout development, quality control, and communication with the architect and design team throughout the process. The experience not only deepened my technical understanding of mid-rise residential projects, but also reinforced the value of close collaboration and clear execution in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
