The Klimas Residence is a custom single-family home that draws inspiration from timeless Key West architectural style. Designed in close collaboration with our esteemed partner, Espazio Design, this residence emphasizes open-air living with a full wraparound porch, enhancing both curb appeal and functional outdoor space. CSD Engineering was responsible for the complete structural design of the home, tailoring each element to reflect the architectural vision while ensuring long-term structural performance. In addition to the design, our team conducted all required structural inspections throughout construction, maintaining quality control and code compliance from start to finish.
