Project summary

CSD Engineering was engaged as the Project Manager for this 344-unit, 16-story condo-hotel located just minutes from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Our team was brought on during the early stages to provide leadership and momentum to a complex pre-construction phase. Our initial responsibilities included coordinating with the design team, advancing the permitting process, and ensuring all disciplines remained aligned with the project schedule and regulatory requirements. In addition to managing the entitlement and early development timeline, we also played a key role in the general contractor selection process, specifically supporting the evaluation and award of the civil construction scope. CSD Engineering's served in this project until April 2025. This project reflects our strength in managing large-scale developments with multiple stakeholders, guiding projects through early hurdles to set the foundation for a successful build.
