Completed in 2023, this 5,200-square-foot custom single-family residence is located in the heart of Miami. CSD Engineering served as the lead consultant for the project, providing architectural design, structural design, and construction administration services — managing the project from initial concept through completion. Our architectural team worked closely with the client to develop a design that reflected their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and long-term needs. The layout balanced openness and privacy, with attention to natural light, flow, and functionality. In parallel, our structural team designed a system that supported the architectural vision while meeting all code and performance requirements. Throughout construction, our team provided continuous administration services — conducting field visits, coordinating with the contractor, reviewing submittals, and resolving on-site challenges.
